The CTMH continues to develop and enhance both our public education and professional education programmes.

Community Awareness & Education. As a health care facility, the CTMH recognizes its responsibility to provide education to the community about various health issues and how to maintain and improve health and well-being.

Healthwise. A free, community health education programme, Healthwise commenced at the CTMH in May 2003. Members of the public have the opportunity to learn about different aspects of their health once a month, with the focus being on prevention and early detection.

Health education sessions are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month, 7.00pm-8.00pm, in the Physiotherapy Department of the hospital.
