The Clinic hours are:

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Saturday 9am – 2 pm
Sundays – Urgent care and emergencies

Those patients with appointments are given priority and are seen by the doctor before walk-in patients.  Please help us to help you by  making an appointment.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, to allow time for the check-in clerk to register you and verify health insurance details.

Urgent Care is available when you need a Doctor 24 hours a day 7 days a week and will deal with:

Lacerations • Broken bones • Sore Throats • Ear Aches • Whiplash injuries
Sunburn • Sea Itch and other rashes • Coughs • Sea Urchin Stings

Finance/health insurance
We are pleased to accept all major local health insurance. The CTMH endeavours to keep our charges as affordable as possible, whilst providing and sustaining the highest standards from our state of the art medical equipment, experienced health care professionals and the maintenance of a first class environment for our patients.

We strive to provide you with prompt, accurate billing. In order to ensure all bills are settled within a reasonable time period, we have implemented a policy for patients who pay part or all of their bill via insurance.

1. All charges are the responsibility of the patient.
2. If your insurance company does not pay the charges within 60 days, the balance shall be transferred to you.
3. It is then the patient’s responsibility to pay the outstanding bill and contact your insurance company for reimbursement.

As a courtesy service, we are happy to assist you in filing your healthcare insurance claims.

Please note that the Radiology, Pharmacy and Physical Therapy Departments are ‘associated’ companies and will bill separately for their services.
